CFO Squad Continues Hiring Director Level Talent and Enhancing its Technical Accounting Expertise

Matthew brings over a decade of technical accounting and financial reporting expertise. Prior to joining CFO Squad, Matthew led high-performing teams at national accounting and consulting firms, managing complex engagements and supporting clients through transformative financial events such as IPOs, SPAC transactions, and large-scale financing initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has served as a trusted advisor on technical accounting and financial reporting matters for both publicly and privately held companies across a wide range of industries including life sciences, technology, manufacturing, consumer products, and media and entertainment.

With his strong technical background, Matthew will help spearhead CFO Squad’s SEC reporting practice, advising clients on annual and quarterly SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and public registration filings including Forms 10K, 10Q, S-1, S-4, and Super 8-K. His technical expertise focuses on areas such as complex debt and equity offerings, derivatives and hedging, revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, consolidation, and the adoption of new accounting standards.
