Ray brings more than 15 years of experience spanning advisory, audit, industry, and accounting services. Prior to joining CFO Squad, Ray served in leadership roles at national accounting consulting firms, advising clients across multiple industries including life sciences, technology, software, manufacturing, capital markets, and energy. He also gained industry experience at Exelon and audit experience at Deloitte and RSM.

Throughout his career, Ray has guided clients through IPOs, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, complex financial reporting, and SEC reporting & compliance matters. His technical expertise includes revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, consolidations/VIE, debt and equity issuances, share-based payments, impairments, and software capitalization.
