As Partner at CFO Squad, he leads the SEC Practice, serving public and private clients in life sciences, technology, software, manufacturing, distribution, and energy. He has deep expertise in SEC reporting, financial statements, disclosures, IPO and audit readiness, and SPAC/de-SPAC transactions. Ray also specializes in technical accounting, providing analyses on complex issues and guiding clients in adopting new standards. His advisory background was developed at Centri and CFGI, industry experience at Exelon, and audit foundation at Deloitte and RSM. A magna cum laude graduate of West Chester University’s Honors College, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
