He has deep expertise in all 50 U.S. State and Local Tax (SALT) systems and approximately 75 foreign tax regimes, including transfer pricing and R&D tax credits. He oversees tax footnote preparation for 10-Q/10-K SEC filings and resolves complex issues such as APB 23 exceptions, §382, and Fresh Start accounting. At Bed Bath & Beyond, he led the quarterly tax provision process across all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, and more. At Cushman & Wakefield, he managed the tax provision process for 110 international legal entities in compliance with ASC 740 and IAS 12 for a global real estate brokerage firm.
