Joe Elio is a Director with the CFO Squad. He is a licensed CPA with over 11 years of experience at Ernst & Young LLP, where he led complex audits for public and private companies across the technology, professional services, healthcare, real estate, biotech, and manufacturing sectors. Joe has deep technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS, including ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 842 (Leases), ASC 805 (Business Combinations), and ASC 815 (Derivatives and Hedging). He has advised clients on internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting, and played a key role in ERP system implementations and IT transformation initiatives.
