Brittany Snyder has more than 14 years of public accounting experience, including over 12 years with Ernst and Young and 2 years with Cherry Bekaert in their Audit and Assurance practices. Brittany has a strong technical background focused on US GAAP accounting, financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and SEC filings. She has extensive experience serving a wide range of publicly traded and private clients. Her clients served have included those in industries such as technology, biopharmaceutical, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products. Brittany has a long history of success initiating and cultivating long-term relationships with clients through value-added communications and solutions.
Brittany has significant experience advising clients on technical areas such as complex debt and equity offerings, accounting for business combinations, ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, ASC 842 lease accounting, first year Sarbanes Oxley implementation, adoption of new accounting standards, IFRS implementation, among other topics. She also has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of inventory-related matters. Brittany is seasoned in advising clients initiating IPOs and with S-1, S-4, and S-8 registration statements.
Brittany graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Masters degree in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
